The bags are 250G in size making it easier for you to supply fresh coffee all day long.

Coffee evaporates at room temperature and it is much better if you only grind the amount you anticipate you will need for the following 3 hours or so.

Having smaller bags means you don't have to open a kilo oe even a half Kilo at a time.

Once opened bags should be immediately placed in a plastic container and then stored in the fridge to help retain the freshness.

This fantastic all day coffee blend is made up from Mexican Arabica combined with a Tanzanian Robusta, all of which are Fairtrade Organic.

The mix is 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta.

When blended correctly this will make a fine espresso coffee with a full crema.

The Tanzanian Robusta is a quality bean and due to the Mexican Arabica (See description above) this can also be used for Filter and Cafetiere’s when ground.

This coffee comes highly recommended it is a genuine licensed fair trade product, the organic side of things is licensed by the soil association.

Happy Donkey Fair Trade Organic coffee beans are sealed in bags fitted with a one way valve.

This enables the gases to escape from the beans whilst preventing any air from entering the bag itself.
