Why use a knock box or knockout drawer?

A knockout box or knockout drawer is an essential part of any serious Espresso set-up.

Apart from the fact that it looks good, the knockout box is a tool that can save you time and therefore money.

Keep a knock box next to your machine, or a knockout drawer under your grinder and you have somewhere to knock the used coffee grinds into, directly from the machines group head.

This helps you because you keep your queue time down, you don’t drip coffee on the floor or sides on the way to your bin and you dispose of the grinds in a hygienic and professional manor.
