HD0375 TAYLOR MILK THERMOMETER  We think this is a fantastic product, we have tested this in many a commercial outlet and 3 years later these thermometers are still going strong.

These Milk Thermometers come with the manufacturers LIFETIME WARRANTY.

The dial face does not steam up and we have found the temperature readings to be both accurate and consistent, we no longer sell economy thermometers as we found those to be unreliable and prone to breakage.

Taylor are one of the biggest thermometer manufacturers in the world and their great reputation is further enhanced by this product.

Four and three quarter inches in length, it is sized to work very well with our 1 litre milk frothing jugs as well as the 0.6 litre jugs, this is possible as the clip slides up and down the shaft of the thermometer as required.

Simply place this in your jug whilst steaming the milk and then begin to turn your steam off at around the 130 mark.

By the time you have done that the milk is approaching 140 and you will know that you have not overcooked your milk.

A great if not essential tool, particularly useful for beginners, staff in shops and anyone who wants something to let them know they are not scorching their milk, even now, we use them every day when making our drinks.
