We are normally able to install your new machine within 5 working days of payment.
If you need installation in a hurry, please contact us, we may be able to sort something out for you.
For a successful installation you must have your water supply and you waste outlet point situated within 1.5 metres of your designated machine location point. If you do not this is not a problem, however we may and probably will charge you extra for parts and labour involved in rigging the machine up.
If your machine is 2 group or above and has an element rated at above 3KW, then you must also have a 20amp supply located within this 1.5 metre area.
We are able to turn the power down on most machines so they are able to run from a 13amp domestic plug, but the performance of the machine will not be quite as good due to the fact that it will take longer for the water to heat up.
Having said that many outlets operate on reduced power and have no complaints.
All 1 group machines come with a 13 amp connection as standard.
