Looking for Gourmet Italian Coffee Beans blend? Best for Cappuccino, Latte or Espresso ? You are in in the right place.

Take any favourite high street coffee shop. Taste the coffee then multiply the flavour and the quality  by 10.  Now you have Happy Donkey Classic Italian.

An Espresso blend of Brazilian, Colombian, African and Indian beans. Perfectly and consistently blended by computer controlled thermostat regulated roasters.

Perfect and consistent

The same tasting Latte, Cappuccino or Espresso from every bag, guaranteed. This popular espresso blend contains Brazilian Robusta. Award winning from the region of Mina Gerais (BSCA, Brazilian Speciality coffee Association).

It also contains Colombian Supremo Robusta beans From Bucaramanga. Indian Cherry Robusta from the Bibbi Plantation in Sunticoppa. The Arabica coffee beans are Costa Rica (Terrazù)  beans. From Central Valley High Mountains.

The mix of the espresso blend is 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta the traditional mix for an Italian style blend.  The very formation which has caused the coffee explosion you see in high street coffee shops today. Loved throughout the uk.

The turnover of this coffee means freshly roasted beans arrive within 10 days of roasting. Packed in 250G bags (even on the trade volumes). Coffee always tastes best once the gases have been allowed to escape, on the 8th day after roasting and beyond. That is a fact.

The small 250G valve packs allow gases to escape.  No oxygen is allowed in. This helps to use only the amount of beans you require at a time.
