Four and three quarter inches in length, it is sized to work very well with our 1 litre milk frothing jugs as well as the 0.6 litre jugs, this is possible as the clip slides up and down the shaft of the thermometer as required.

Simply place this in your jug whilst steaming the milk and then begin to turn your steam off at around the 130 mark.

By the time you have done that the milk is approaching 140 and you will know that you have not overcooked your milk.
